Lisa Telford
Yoga changed my life - I started yoga weighing 110kg and within 18 months lost 45kg!
Seven years ago, I was in a power suit with staff to manage, tonnes of stress, and..... no life.
Since then I have trained in both Ki and Ryoho yoga therapy and am passionate about leading people to change their lives by "Moving Your Body to Health". Thanks to yoga I now have a life, health and a business that evolved from the television show Yoga TV(tm) (Channel 10 and Foxtel), which led to founding the YogaTV(tm) Body Movement Centre, Yoga FX at Umbrella Studio, teaching Internationally and now Yoga for the Seasons. In conjunction with teaching classes, I present public, corporate and school workshops in yoga, weight loss, stress release, 'Food as Medicine' and woman's health. In addition, I run relaxing, rejuvenating and fun yoga retreats 6 times a year. The joy of life has returned!
My story, this style of yoga and its benefits have been featured in media throughout Australia and have helped me promote the benefits and ease of yoga. Yoga is for everyone and my aim is to share it. From my experiences I can relate to and help others who have busy lives, health/body issues, stress and difficulty finding a balance between the challenges of work and a fulfilling life. I can do it - anyone can!

M'chelle Bradbury
Having grown up with an interest in natural diet and healing methods the turning point in M'chelle's life was when at the age of 20 she was struck down with glandular fever leading to all the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Instead of taking the drugs offered and lying in bed as prescribed, M'chelle drew from her knowledge and began seeking alternative therapies to balance the stress of living in the 21st century whilst maintaining health. In the early 90's while attending a Ryoho Japanese yoga class the answer to owning health, vitality and the balanced approach to wellness became clear.
Now a fully qualified and accredited yoga teacher, happily married and a Mum to 2 year old Jake, M'chelle is well known for her work with teenagers, children, pre and post natal woman as well as her adult, corporate and private classes. M'chelles experience with raising her child Jake in a natural, wholefood and Macrobiotic lifestyle, aids all parents looking for alternatives to drugs and formulas. M'chelle is committed to bringing the message of good health through yoga and diet in a fun and heartfelt manner.
